Visually Impaired Advocates (VIA) will resume 2020 Weekly Support Group meetings on Thursday, January 9, from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.  Looking forward to seeing you and hearing about your holidays!

METROLift Advisory Council (MAC) will hold its first 2020 meeting on Thursday, January 9, 2020 from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.  Be prepared to attend and discuss issues ridership may have with service, as well as compliments for improvements.  See you there!

Visually Impaired Advocates (VIA) Weekly Support Group will have a speaker presenting a discussion titled, "The Battle Against Depression" on Thursday, January 16, 2020 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon.  Please adjust your METROLift rides for after 12 noon to eliminate disrupting speaker.

Visually Impaired Advocates (VIA) Weekly Support Group will have representatives from METROLift on Thursday, January 23, 2020 from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon discussing the new MACSweb and EZ Wallet programs.  Please adjust your METROLift rides for after 12 noon to eliminate disrupting speaker.

Our guest speaker on Thursday, February 20, 2020 will a representative from Area Agency on Aging discussing services supported and coordinated by the Agency. This week's Support Group meeting (February 27, 2020) will feature a counselor and supervisor from Texas Workforce Commission to discuss changes made to blind services.  METRO riders are asked to set their pick up times for 12:15 p.m. to avoid interrupting the speaker.

Immediately following today's weekly Support Group meeting at 12:30 p.m., VIA will host its annual 1st Quarter Open Membership meeting.
