DESCRIPTION:There will be a bus trip to Washington on the Brazos on Friday\, November 15\, 2019\, where we will tour the Barrington Living History Farm.  The farm depicts the home where the last President of Texas\, Anson Jones\, lived before Texas joined the United States during the 1800s.  The tour consists of plenty of walking\, there is limited seating during the tour\, the terrain is hilly and covers approximately 450 feet.  Deadline for payment for trip is Thursday\, October 31\, 2019.  The trip costs $10 for members and non-members.  The lunch venue is to be determined and will be an individual pay.

SUMMARY:METRO Training Session
DESCRIPTION:METRO will sponsor its second of two training sessions on using the EZ Wallet feature\, which has been spoken about for quite some time.  METRO will have four laptops equipped with both JAWS and Zoom text.  It won’t be anything formal\, but they will be there to show people how to access and use this feature. The day and dates are as follows:  Tuesday\, November 12; Wednesday\, November 13; and Thursday\, November 14.  The time is from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day.  For additional information\, contact METRO Customer Service\, 713-225-0119.  Training will be held at City of Houston Metropolitan Multi-service Center. \n
